This is not a training resource with drills, nor is it a resource to help you plan your training.
If you want to play your sport socially with no intention of improving, this is not for you.
If you want to improve at your sport, this is a FRAMEWORK for you to use and could be the right fit for you.
The tools you learn through the Journals are tools that you can apply to other areas of your life.
